[chemclipse-dev] Load Target Platform

Hi folks,

our build crashed ... well, PyDev made an update which caused a cascade 
of necessary updates.
So, please:

1) pull all changes
2) refresh your workspace (F5)
3) and select the Target Platform "Eclipse 4.6.x (Neon)"

We are based on Neon now. I've tested everything. Now, the build works 
fine again. Initially, this change was planned for February/March. But 
the aforementioned PyDev dependencies made it necessary to do the change 
now. Sorry for the inconveniences.
