[che-dev] Moving GitHub eclipse/che repository to the eclipse-che organi

Hello,

On Monday, April 8th eclipse/che repository [1] will be moved to the dedicated 'eclipse-che' [2] organization. More details can be found in the helpdesk ticket [3], and it boils down to the fact that eventually each of the Eclipse projects is expected to be moved into its own Github org when the dedicated organization is available. 

No action item from the Community is expected to be taken:

- redirect to the new repo should happen automatically

- all GitHub issues, PRs, and Stars should be transferred
