[che-dev] Picking up Theia changes into che-theia

Hi all,

During the Che community call earlier, Tim Etchells asked a question
about how we pick up a specific version of Theia for che-theia.
Specificlaly, he has a PR for Theia that he needs included in Che:

Tim mentioned that this PR to Theia is a blocker for Codewind, and said
that the Dockerfile for che-theia specified Theia version 0.5.0
hard-coded:

How can he pick up the latest version of Theia for builds of Eclipse Che?
