[cft-dev] CFT 1.2.0.M1 (Photon) available

CFT 1.2.0.M1 is now available and it has been contributed to Eclipse Photon M1 simultaneous release build.

This is the first milestone for the next CFT release 1.2.0, scheduled when Eclipse Photon is released in June, 2018.

As usual, we will be building various milestones as needed throughout the next year to align with Photon milestone and RC builds.
