[cft-dev] Deleting CFT 1.0 Milestones and RC builds

As part of the Neon release, we should clean up milestone and RC
builds, except for some cases that are used by other products, or used
in the final Neon Simultaneous Release build.

Below are all the builds and update sites that we will KEEP. Anything
else, including zip files for offline installations, will be deleted
by Friday June 24 from the downloads area:
