[cft-dev] Final CFT 1.0 RC available: RC4 - Please test thoroughly

The final CFT 1.0 RC (RC4) is available. There will be no more RC
after this, and this is the last chance to find bugs and fix them.
Please test thoroughly and start testing early. June 8 is the deadline
to contribute RC4 into Neon RC4.
