[cft-dev] CFT 1.0.RC1 license files fixed

I have submitted fixes for CFT 1.0.RC1 license and about.html files.

These are the very last planned items for 1.0 that have now been resolved.

Our list of issues for 1.0 in our Neon project page should now all be
marked with "resolved/fixed" checks:

If possible, please take a look at the structure and names of the
license files in the github repo below to make sure it looks fine
before we submit RC1 to Neon Simrel build.
