There is a respin of CFT 1.0.M3.1 available from:

http://download.eclipse.org/cft/1.0.M3.1/

The main change is that core plugin has been upversioned to 1.0.101
and core feature to 1.0.1

If it is possible to do a quick smoke test to make sure:

1. Basic app deployment works
2. TLS fix is in the new patched CF client 1.1.4
3. In: About Eclipse -> Installation Details:

CFT core plugin appears with version:
1.0.101.v201603222052

CFT Core feature appears with version:
1.0.1.v201603222052

The github branch where 1.0.M3.1 is maintained is now:

https://github.com/eclipse/cft/tree/1.0.M3.1

If these pass, we can declare 1.0.M3.1
