RE: [cdt-patch] Patch for a new Join Lines action for the editor

Cool. As a piece of history, the CEditor was a clone of the JDT's JavaEditor
from 3 years ago. We have had trouble keeping up as features have been added
to the JavaEditor and, in many cases, in the class hierarchy that we also
inherit from. If you see any cases where we aren't taking advantage of
features available to us, please feel free to raise bugs on them in
bugzilla.
