[cdt-patch] C Spec JUnit tests

This patch adds 93 new JUnit tests from
examples found in the C99 specification.
There are 4 known failing tests associated
with macros (already have bugs for these tests). These 4 tests were
moved into AST2CSpecFailingTest.java.
