[cdt-patch] (no subject)

This patch is for register group support of in CDT. 
81351 - CDT adds only one register group - "main"
It is based on custom MI/GDB command.
It is applicable for CDT2_0_2. 
I didn't have chance to check it against the HEAD. 
I am out of the office from Dec 18 to Jan 2. 
I wanted to submit the patch before I go to vacation. 
I am at the office on Dec 17 up to 4 o'clock EST.  
We will setup the HEAD stream in our office in January and still need
some time to get familiar with the changes in the debug model done since
CDT_2_0_2. 

Also, this is my first multiple file and adding new files patch.
Let me know if I don't do something right.
