Subject	CDT 1.2 project conversion patches

Hi,
 
I did some 1.2 project conversion testing
over the weekend and discovered 2 problems:
1.  With certain types of Tool definitions,
the matching new Tool is not found and the Configuration containing the
Tool is not converted.  I have fixed that.
2.  When an Option match is not found,
the entire Configuration is not converted.  I changed that to just
not convert the one Option and to keep going.
 
I also discovered that the .zip files for
the 2 MBS conversion tests are corrupt.  I changed the test to fail
in this case – it was silently passing.  And I attached new versions
of the .zip files – they go un the subdirectories under org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.tests\resources\oldTypeProjects.
