I have to reject this one.   The original code for the test that this fixes
does not actually compile.
There is a problem here that this fixes, but the fix is too permissive.
The fix needs to be modified a bit and the test case should be rewritten to
assert a problem on the incorrect code and assert that the correct code
passes.
