Subject	[cdt-patch] Updated Managed Build System Extensibility document

This patch is the updated ISV document for
the Managed Build System 2.1 functionality.  It should look familiar.
 I discovered that I could edit Sean’s document using Microsoft Front
Page, so that’s what I did!  There are some new sections, some heavily
modified sections, and some lightly modified sections.
 
The attached patch file (doc_user_patch.txt)
is a one line change to the reference in the user documentation to the
Managed Build Extensibility document.  The files for the updated document
are in the attached Zip file.  These files should be added to a new
Managed_Build_21 directory that is a sibling directory to the 
 
cdt-home/user/Reference Documents/Managed_Build

 
directory in the CDT repository.  I
think the image references in the html file will work if all the files
are placed there, but, obviously, I was not able to test it.
