Thanks for looking at it. The comments are bellow.

I have been trying to understand just by looking at the ui page and the
effects its has on the project
and it is not clear how each control effect scanner discovery. Is the
control at the top of the page like a master switch for every thing?
It is a master switch.
If so then it needs to disable all other controls in the page.
It will be done.
Also, are there other part of this page that need to do the same?
( Is 'Command output parser options' and 'Generate scanner info command'
not related? )
They are related in a sense that 'Command output parser' parses the output
of the 'Generate scanner info command'. I can add functionality to disable
the parser options if the command is empty or add a checkbox to
disable/enable both.
Isn't the 'enable output parser' the checkbox that would enable/disable
both?
Would you suggest to group 'Command output parser
options' and 'Generate scanner info command' together?
I would say at least group them and maybe reorder the two to reflect the
flow that you described.
"'Command output parser' parses the output of the 'Generate scanner info command'"

- Documentation (user and ISV) ;-)
Definitely on the TO DO list.
PS... I think were getting close to commiting this...
Thanks
