[cdt-patch] CDT-1.2 make patch







Some of the enhancements in the make.core/ui plugin were not for CDT-1.2
like the Makefile Editor, content outliner etc ..(they are CDT-2.0 
offerings).

I would like to disable this for CDT-1.2(The makefile editor was enable in
the make.ui/plugin.xml) or if not disable at least push one fix.

opinions ?
