[cdt-patch] Please apply, classpath updates to make.core

I'm not sure where this pde.requiredPlugins came from, but I couldn't get 
classpath containers working with what was in CVS without touching tons of 
different projects. 
Here's the results of running Update Classpath on make.core, which yields 
core.tests JUnit running.
