Applied: [cdt-patch] Missing dependency in cdt.core

This one will be unpopular as it makes us bring in another binary project 
into our development environments. However, it does fix two warnings I've 
always wondered about.

[cdt-patch] Missing dependency in cdt.core






This patch fixes plugin.xml to add the missing dependency on
org.eclipse.team.core (it defines extensions to
org.eclipse.team.core.fileTypes and org.eclipse.team.core.ignore).
