Hi Sebastien,

There must have been a typo when adding the new file to CVS; it's in 
there as usabilty_feedback.html instead of usability_feedback.html.

You can either remove the file with the incorrect name and add it as 
usability_feedback.html, or you can just apply this patch to point the 
link to the typoed filename -- whatever is easiest for you.
