[cdt-patch] Search tests & bug fixes
This patch contains bugfixes and tests for the C++ search.
core:
- fixed a couple of bugs to do with searching for globally qualified
patterns
- fixed a bug to do with the '?' wildcard
- fixed a bug to do with searching for functions/methods using patterns
specifying parameters
