[cdt-patch] Indexer/Search patch
This patch (which does NOT affect any of the existing CDT functionality)
provides support for class specifier search + a new C/C++ search menu
item. The search is not 100% complete as we still need a label provider to
properly list elements in the search window (coming soon). To give it a
try, turn on the new indexer from the project properties...
