[cdt-patch] error after installing CDT with Eclipse v 2.1.1

I received the following error after installing CDT with Eclipse v 2.1.1

related to this  problem when I try to click on C- Build Configuration i get the following error:
"unable to instantiate view: org.eclipse.cdt.ui.builder.internal.BuildConfigView"
