Hoda,
	You might want to start to use the ChangeLogs,  the rules are very
relaxed, meaning no need to put entries for every changes.  But it might be good to put
a note when starting adding new feature or major rewrites affecting many components.
The reason is that the ChangeLog are sometimes use to build the release notes, or finding
when a major change was introduced etc ... so we can move back.  CVS logs rarely tell
the full story or the rationale(the big picture) behind a major change.

Again this is not a GNU project so no strict ChangeLog rules and formats, but something
to think about out.
