CORE
Minimized the number of objects being returned from Parser
callbacks.
Fixed CModelBuilder to handle errors better.
Reorganized the DOM Hierarchy to ensure that nodes were added to the
tree on End() callbacks.
Fixed defect 36247().

TESTS
Added DOMTests::testBug36247().
