[cdt-patch] CDT_1_0_1: cdt.launch type fixes.

Sigh .. forgot to generate a patch.

The text:

for the CDT shortcut launcher, was change for
"C Local Application"

To reduce confusion, users were trying to launch targets binaries
on the developement host i.e. launching a binary for mips compiled with
the cross-compiler on the dev. hosts .. Windows.
