Applied(with some reformat), thanis.

In the future, the MI code will be refactor to allow specific extensions
of MI for example (mi0, mi1, mi2) etc ...  But we can take that discussion
another time on the cdt-debug.. mailing list.  It is something that is on
my agenda; take advantage of the new mi part of gdb-5.4 and extensions for
remote targets.
