Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a project with source
2. Insert a syntax error and build
3. Click run


More information:
The question asked in this dialog is "Continue launch"? with a "remember my
decision" checkbox. This text is incorrect, since your decision is only
remembered if you click "yes". 

The text should probably match the JDT dialog - "Always launch without asking"
