Steps To Reproduce:
1.Download and install Eclipse Classic 3.4.1
2.Installed CDT Plugin
3.Installed Subversive and SVN Connectors (dont thing this relevant, but
nevertheless..)
4. Tried to create C/C++ Project i.e. 
    a)File->New->Project...->C++->C++ Project->Next - nothing happens.
    b)File->New->Project...->C++->Doulbe click on C++ Project - An error has
occurred. See error log for more details. java.lang.NullPointerException

After that I downloaded just Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers and it worked
just fine.
