Steps To Reproduce:
I tried to add an initial Debug configuration and selected
the New popup for "C/C++ Local Application".
I selected the name "Lösertest" and also an executable. The Debug and also the
Apply button where still greyed out and it this point Eclipse become for some
time unresponsive.

I don't know the reason for it but at this time my network connection was
broken (is this related?) and later I found a few exeptions in the log.

Once I restarted Eclipse my new launch configuration was not displayed in the
Debug dialog so that I tried it again. I failed with:
"Launch configuration already exists with this name"

So it seems impossible to delete the old broken configuration and I have to
select a different name.

Not sure whether it's related by I have to specify the binary directly via
Browse. Search Project doesn't display
any executable (because I build it outside of Eclipse???).

I will attach the exceptions I got once Eclipse got unresponsive.
