adding and identidier would make it possible to contribute new tabs to any
position relative to the CDT-tabs. CUrrently only the platform tabs provide id
(Common, Environment)
org.eclipse.debug.ui.launchConfigurationTabs is using this id tho relative
positioning in the tabgroup
