If I try to create external Make using External tools the system environment 
variables are not displayed after External Tools->Environment->Select button 
push. Moreover, in case that my external Makefile uses some system environment 
variable (i.e. ${BUILDHOME}), it is not deployed. Both things work correctly 
on Linux and Windows.
