I can confirm this bug under windows, deleting the .dll works.

Unfortunately the same bug seems to happen on Mac OS X. Sometimes when a program
is run the output just simply does not show up.

I'll try deleting
/plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.core.macosx_3.0.0/os/macosx/ppc/libspawner.jnilib and
see if that helps.
