Open Program Selection dialog from launcher/main/search Project. I found the 
running man or bug icon in Binaries pane confusing because the Qualifiers 
associate with a binary can be debug or release mode. It gives user a 
impression that those binaries are categorized by compilation nature, which, 
in fact, isn't true.
