Installing org.eclipse.cdt-3.0.0-M6-linux.x86_64.tar.gz with 
eclipse-SDK-3.1RC1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz 
 
In the configuration manager when the properties for CDT are inspected the 
error: 
 
Plug-in "org.eclipse.cdt.core.linux.x86" version "3.1.0" referenced by this 
feature is missing. 
 
I have org.eclipse.cdt.core.linux.x86_64_3.0.0 
 
I tried making a symbolic link but that didn't fool anything. 
 
The Eclipse 3.1.0
