We should make a new launch configuration to make things more
intuitive for the user.

This launch should be call "GDB Server"

The problem now, is that GDB server is in the "Local Launch"
And once the choose GDB/Server in the debugger tab
they can not re-choose the "CYgwinGDBDEbugger" or any
of the other debugger and this is important since does
debugger may contains specific to deal with platform hooks.
