I'm working in one part of a large project.  I have a Make Target that only 
builds the small area that I'm working on.  I'm able to avoid a full build by 
manually running the appropriate make target before starting to run (ctrl-F11). 
This manual step is a bit of a pain, it would be really nice if I could 
associate a list of make targets with a launch configuration.
