Has there been any movement on the following April 3 message from Doug Schaefer to this list?

"In order to prepare for the User docs that Judy and Tanya are working on, I
am thinking it would be prudent to start the wheels going on getting a new
project ready to go in CVS (e.g. org.eclipse.cdt.doc.user). Any thoughts,
or volunteers to get this rolling?"
