found some problems.

No. AFAIK you can only use tags. There are some bots that automatically add tags based on keywords and such. The solution might be having a Bug-templete with a list of components and telling the reporter to remove those that do not apply. Then a bot can add the tags. At least that is similar to the solution I saw on a different project (They had checkboxes).
