Sorry for the stupid question, but is that the new name/ubrela for Theia?

More details are in the proposal - but short answer is no, this is not a new name for Theia, but rather a place to pull C/C++ specific things together in one place. e.g. for now parts live in CDT's repos, parts live in Theia's repos and parts in Tracecompass repos.

I hope that answers your questions.

Hello folks,

I want to bring your attention to Eclipse - "In a nutshell, Eclipse is an umbrella project for components to build web-based C/C++ tools. These components are integrated into a template tool called Blueprint."

Have a look at the project proposal for more details

The impact on CDT is that the proposal includes moving the Debug Adapters (cdt-gdb-adapter and cdt-gdb-vscode) to the project where it more closely aligns with goals there.

The review is open until Dec 1, so please feel free to comment there, or ask questions here/there or at the next CDT call on Dec 8.
