Thank you, Alexander, it's good that we know where the message originates.

The next step would be to identify the conditions that trigger this, perhaps we can find a way to reproduce the error I get.

Unfortunately my knowledge of Eclipse internals is not that good to do this, but if needed I can test different cases.
