I think this is a question for the Webmaster. EPP provides the packages to download, but the other supporting sites are all done by the foundation staff AFAIK. Best way to reach them is with a bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Community&component=Website

Old packages get a banner with that goes to the latest packages release page, for example:

https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/kepler/sr2/eclipse-ide-cc-developers

 

That page states “A newer package is available here” with here being a link to https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/.

 

It would be nice if there was a page similar to the “latest packages” page but for specific packages.

 

Does such a page already exist?

If not, do you think it would be useful to have such a page?

If so, do you know how I could go about requesting it?
