[cdt-dev] CDT 9.9.0 for Eclipse 2019-09 Released

Hello folks,

CDT 9.9.0 for Eclipse 2019-03 is now released. Please have a look at the New and Noteworthy for the release and the bugs fixes/enhancements completed.

The Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers package for 2019-09 is available at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/.

The p2 repo is https://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/9.9

A zip file of the repo's contents is available at https://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/9.9/cdt-9.9.0/cdt-9.9.0.zip

Commit 2cbf927a36d has been tagged with CDT_9_9_0, new milestones and versions have been added to Bugzilla, and the cdt downloads area of the website, https://www.eclipse.org/cdt/downloads.php has been updated. 

I am doing a hands-on demo of Eclipse CDT at OSDForum today, as a result some of the normal administrative items that normally happen on release day will be delayed by a day. In particular, the Standalone Debugger for CDT 9.9.0 has not yet been released and as a result the cdt_9_9 branch is not yet open.
