The most recent launchbar build has now been published and is being consumed by CDT via an update to the
target file.
This is not the final solution, I have been trying to get the launchbar (and other components) published to
download.eclipse.org automatically so that changes in the launchbar can be reflected immediately in CDT without human intervention. However I have run into a problem related to the new infra (No user exists for uid 1000210000 errors) that I need to resolve
first. So, in the mean time, if you need me to manually publish a launchbar build again, let me know.

I'll update it. This still needs some work for the new Jenkins infra.

I have recently made a change to the CDT launchbar to bump it to 2.3.0. I can't find a Jenkin's job for launchbar and don't see launchbar artifacts in the CDT latest build. Where does this get built?
Can somebody update to the latest launchbar as I need this for a CDT change I want to make?
