[cdt-dev] Upcoming CDT 9.5.5 release

Hello folks,

I have scheduled a CDT 9.5.5 release for Monday 19 Nov to fix one critical bug affecting the GNU MCU Eclipse Plug-ins. There are also a few other issues that have been resolved too. 

Also please remember that 2018-12 M3 is being released the following week, Monday 26 Nov, so this is the last week to get any fixes in before the Release Candidates period.
