No objection from me. I think the current name was chosen at a time when we didn't know the plugin would be hosted in CDT.

Hey gang,
Anyone mind if I rename the lsp4e.cpp plugins to fall in line with the rest of our naming scheme, like org.eclipse.cdt.lsp?
We don't ship these yet and they should really show as CDT plugins as we migrate to the new architecture.
