[cdt-dev] CDT 9.5.3 for Eclipse 2018-09 and Eclipse Photon Released

CDT 9.5.3 for Eclipse 2018-09 is now released. CDT 9.5.3 is also a bug fix release for Eclipse Photon. CDT 9.5.3 contains a few bug fixes.

The Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers package for 2018-09 is available at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/.

Commit 55569e158ce has been tagged with CDT_9_5_3, new milestones and versions have been added to Bugzilla, and the cdt downloads area of the website, https://www.eclipse.org/cdt/downloads.php has been updated.
