Re: [cdt-dev] help needed: CDT refactoring test suite results

Whoops, "Expand Macro" is not part of CDT, sorry for the mistake. It's a feature of the Macronator plug-in, supporting IFS' crusade against the preprocessor.

Regarding the test suite: Having those provided externally is awesome. And using them to check correct behavior of the CDT rename refactoring is beneficial for the quality and reliability of this feature. The master student successfully graduated and won't be getting new assignments. The automated transformation of the test cases to the refactoring test suite in CDT might be an intersting task for an undergraduate student. However, the semester just started and it might take a while to find a suitable student willing to do this. But I might check whether one of our interns is capable of accomplishing such a task.

Greetings

Thomas

Also: they may want to look at my test suite.  I have ~600 test cases
for Rename.
