Hi Norman,

Thanks for coming back to the list on these items. I would be pleased
to review them. However, they are currently very out of date (they
were last updated crica 2011). The patches need be be created as
Gerrits against the current CDT master:
https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/contributing

Once you have made the gerrits, please add me to the Reviewers list so
I can have a look.
