make_lambda() in this example uses the C++14 return type deduction feature, which is not supported by CDT yet. Bug 408470 tracks adding support for it.

Actually it was easy:
template <typename T>
auto
make_lambda() {
T x{};
return [x] {

};
}

return make_lambda<int>()();
}
