My 2c. "Preprocessor Include Paths, Macros, etc" has a horrible name which does not fit in the preference page UI and the UI of it

is not usable by average user who has no idea about concept of "provider" and does not need to know it. Paths and Symbols page

at least had UI which was intuitive for most people (name of the page was bad too).
If we merging them please let us review the resulting UI before pushing it.

From and end user`s POV: Yes, irrelevant information tabs are confusing.
